One roof for barbell conditioning and real martial arts coaching — Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA, Karate, Wushu, Grappling and Boxing, taught by coaches who've actually competed.
Most members start with two sessions a week on one discipline, then branch out once the basics click. Every class scales to the student in it — first-timers to competition regulars train side by side.

Thailand's art of eight limbs — fists, elbows, knees and shins drilled into real clinch and striking combinations.

Boxing footwork married to full-power kicks — a fast, high-output way to sharpen reflexes and conditioning.

Striking, clinch and ground work combined — the track for students training toward real competition.

Okinawan striking built on stance, timing and discipline, taught with an emphasis on precise technique.

The sport face of Kung Fu — fluid, acrobatic forms that build flexibility, control and physical artistry.

Takedowns, control and submissions on the mat — one of the oldest forms of combat, still one of the most effective.

Hands, head movement and ring craft — the fundamentals every fighter, whatever their style, keeps coming back to.

A structured, confidence-building class that channels kids' energy into focus, fitness and respect.

Strength and conditioning for members building a base — or fighters training to hit harder.
Olympia has run out of Cherpulassery since 2005 — long enough to put students through their first class and, for some, through their first competition. The gym is affiliated with several martial arts bodies and welcomes complete beginners as readily as competitive fighters, with the coaching team building each student's training around where they're actually starting from.
Whether you're here to get back in shape, learn to defend yourself, or work toward stepping into the ring, the same training floor holds all of it — kids' classes in the afternoon, competitive sparring in the evening.
"Training here isn't just about technique. It's where students build the composure to handle whatever's in front of them — inside the gym and out."
Three coaches, one training floor — between them covering every discipline Olympia teaches.

Leads competition preparation across MMA, Grappling, Kickboxing, Wushu and Muay Thai.

Brings hardcore, high-intensity training standards to every Muay Thai and Wushu session.

Focuses on fluid, efficient movement — technique tuned for results, not just effort.

"Sparring here taught me to read what my opponent was about to do, not just react to it. That's harder to learn than it sounds — and it's paid off far beyond the mat."

"The ground game drills at Olympia are genuinely intense — built around control and takedown timing, not just strength. It shows in how fast you improve."

"What surprised me most was how much of martial arts is about efficient movement and balance, not brute force. The coaching here makes that click quickly."
